this is really helpful, thank you for posting this. it really helps me a lot as a freelancer beginning to conquer the world of web development.

for those without illustrator but with CS2 or CS3. you just open this with CS2 or CS3 then you will be prompted with "Import PDF" then click ok

Thanks, this is very helpful. I noticed on most proposals there is place for a signature at the bottom, showing the client's acceptance of proposal.

I didn't see this on your sample, so my question is, is it necessary to have a signed proposal acceptance?
